Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 of 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox went to the Royal Academy of Music, London in the 70s. She studied the harpsichord and flautist piano over three years. She survived on a student salary and part-time work in order to make ends meet. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents aren't the same as those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she started thinking of other paths she could take. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976, in the group called Dragons Playground. However, she left prior to New Faces, the I.T.V. talent competition. From 1977 to 1980 she served as the lead vocalist for The Tourists, a British Pop band. It was here that she met Dave Stewart and together they formed the duo Eurythmics. Following that Lennox started working on her solo first album Diva which came out in 1992. It was an enormous hit with regard to sales and the critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album came out in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. Lennox picked her favorite blues and soul songs. Lepidoptera is a collection of four tracks that she improvised for piano that Lennox has released in May 2019. The E.P. Her first solo album along with her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, titled "Now I Let You go." Annie Lennox (born December 25 1955) is a Scottish politician and singer. The Tourists had a minor hit in late 1970s. Lennox and Dave Stewart, a fellow musician, went on to become famous internationally in the 1990s when they formed the Eurythmics. The year 1992 was the year Lennox started her own solo career, releasing her debut album Diva which yielded numerous successful songs includingWhy andWalking in Broken Glass. Medusa is her album of studio work from 1995. The album features covers of such songs as No MoreI love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer is acknowledged with seven studio albums by herself and a compilation.
